this Rochester, NY 1980s indie-rock band - their classic 1984 album "Greenhouse" has been remixed & remastered to give it more punch, more bass, more electric guitars (the original album was poorly mixed) + a pile of live bonus tracks / many original Absolute Grey songs that never appeared on any of their studio albums - all recorded live at the Rochester club 'Scorgies' May - October 1984 / you heard this band on the 'Strum & Thrum: The American Jangle Underground 1983 - 1987' compilation

REM, Echo + The Bunnymen, Rain Parade, Fairport Convention, 1960s San Francisco psychedelia. Many bands had the same influences, but few took them out of the realm of imitation.
